At Morphe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty haul, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for products that don't meet your expectations. Items must be in their original packaging and gently used to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to start the process.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items you wish to return in their original box and include the printed return authorization form.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
